This project involved designing a creative yet professional email signature for company employees. I explored the key elements that make an email signature effective, experimenting with layouts, visual hierarchy, and proportions to ensure the design was both functional and visually appealing. The final signature is now used company-wide in two formats: a static image and a GIF version with a slideshow. This allows employees who send higher volumes of emails to opt for the lighter, static version for better efficiency.

Through this project, I gained practical experience in designing small-scale branding elements and learnt how subtle design choices can influence professionalism and consistency. It also strengthened my attention to detail and understanding of visual communication within a corporate context. Additionally, I created a short, cohesive guide manual explaining how to edit, export, and apply the signature.
